A piece of fabric made specifically for Emirati kanduras that resembles a tie. Cotton and polyester blend textiles started to become increasingly popular in the late 1970s and early 1980s. The kandura went through a phase of being worn with pressed lines, revealing its sharp folds, as ironing became more popular in the 1980s. Up to the 1990s, most of the modifications were in the fabric. Due to its "shiny look and silky feel," full polyester textiles entirely displaced cotton in the 1990s, which was when everything changed. On the front of the kandura, the stitching displayed daring embroidered patterns.
Although few wearers were aware of the history of the latter, thick polyester materials and the color brown rose to popularity in the 2000s. The flat buttons on the bandura were also replaced with circular ones. Since the stiff polyester fabric lost popularity soon after it made its debut, not much has changed. Two types of kandura cuts are typically offered by tailors. There is the traditional Arabic style, which is square and has a straighter cut, and there is also a more fitting kandura that is more of a Kuwaiti design.
Both men believe that it is more than adequate to stay warm during the UAE winter by wearing the jacket on top of a kandura made of thick material, like wool.

Mythoby was once a community of designers who believed in transforming a cloth into magnificent works of art. A community that searched towns, streets, and villages for the greatest materials for their production and never compromised on the fabric's quality or design. They were able to identify all the difficulties and problems that designers had while bringing their vision to reality because of this.
The urge to provide the greatest textiles to all designers worldwide without any "MINIMUM QUANTITY LIMIT" led to the creation of Mythoby. Yes, you read that correctly. Not only does Mythoby provide you with a wide selection of high-quality textiles to pick from, but you also have the option to order the amount of your choosing. Whether you need one piece of cloth or a thousand, we will satisfy your request without any restrictions.
