Order Shipping

We aim to process all orders within 48 hours, Sunday-Thursday 10am-9pm. Delivery within the UAE typically takes 1-2 days once your order has been processed. Delivery times for international orders will depend on location. No deliveries will be made on Fridays or public holidays.

For shipping with UAE, the shipping rates are charged as per details shared on the site from time to time. For international orders, you can get in touch with us on care@mythoby.com for exact shipping details.


Out of Stock

All orders are subject to availability. We do our best to accurately track inventory, however, occasionally we sell out of items before online orders can be filled. If an item you have ordered is not available, we will contact you to ask if you would like:

- The out of stock item sent when it becomes available. No additional delivery charges will be applied if the full order is already paid.

- An alternative item of the same value.

- Partial refund equivalent to the value of the item not available.


Cash On Delivery

We are currently not offering Cash on delivery as a payment option. We are working on it and would be offering it soon.

Damaged Goods

If you receive your order and it has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at care@mythoby.com so we can resolve the issue.


Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item that is not custom made for you from the date you received it in the following scenarios:

- Product is not used, damaged or is not in the same condition as you received it.

- Product, label, serial numbers and/or price tags have not been altered and/or altered.

- No item should be missing from the package including but not limited to price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

- It is not a product where there are issues pertaining to hygiene like undershirts, shorts, etc.

To return a product, we request you to email us at care@mythoby.com with the order number and list of items you want to return. We will arrange for a pick-up of the items. Post processing to check the returned items are in-line with the policies set forth, we will issue a refund.


Refunds

Once we receive your item, notify you about the same and begin processing the inspection process. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection is complete.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund within 7 days to the card used to purchase the item. It however may take upto a month to reflect in your bank statement

In case, the payment was made using cash on delivery, the amount will be transferred into your bank account with 3 weeks.

In cases where we find that the item is not eligible for a return, the customer can choose to request the item to be shipped to them at an additional cost of AED 20.
